Terms of Use
Purpose
Anti-Dépense helps you resist pointless, impulsive or compulsive purchases: a button to press when the urge rises, a waiting list, a streak of days, a counter of the money you kept, challenges and a journal. By installing the app, you accept these terms.
Use
Anti-Dépense is for personal use, by an adult or with the agreement of their legal guardian, for their own purchases. You alone are responsible for the buying decisions you make, with or without the app.
Neither financial advice nor medical care
The money you kept and your projects are worked out from the amounts you enter yourself: these are estimates, not a savings account or a bank statement. Anti-Dépense holds, receives and pays out no money: the total kept counts what you did not spend, it gives you nothing and is not a payment, savings or investment service. The app gives no personalised financial advice and replaces neither an adviser, nor a doctor, nor a psychologist. If your spending is putting you in difficulty, talk to a professional.
No account
The app works without sign-up and without login. Your data stays on your iPhone (see the privacy policy).
Free version and subscription
The free version includes three urge sequences, one waiting item at a time and seven days of journal. The subscription unlocks everything: a yearly plan with, when it is offered, a free trial whose length and follow-on price are shown before the purchase, or a monthly plan with no commitment. The price shown in the app is the App Store price. The subscription renews automatically at the same price until it is cancelled in your App Store account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the trial turns into a subscription at its end unless cancelled. If you cancel during the free trial, access ends immediately. Payment is handled by Apple; no refund is possible outside Apple's terms. Buybrake Lifetime is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that unlocks every feature with no time limit; it can be restored from Settings. The Restore button recovers a subscription or purchase already made with the same App Store account.
Offer codes
Offer codes are redeemed only through the App Store sheet; the app contains no promotional code field.
Ownership
The texts, the design, the name and the mechanics of the app belong to the publisher. The data you enter stays yours; you can export it as CSV and erase it at any time. The Fraunces typeface is licensed under the free OFL 1.1.
Availability
The publisher works to keep the app available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. The service may change or stop; a subscription in progress would remain cancellable at any time in the App Store settings.
